Every year the Bowmanville Veterinary Clinic participates in the Clarington Family Safety Day.  The annual event provides information to the public about various safety issues and concerns. The Bowmanville Veterinary Clinic sets up an information booth on zoonotic diseases (e.g. Rabies, parasites etc) as well as information on the "Be A Tree" program that we provide at no charge teaching young children how to be safe around dogs.
