Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Our clinic provides emergency treatment to any pet that is experiencing life threatening difficulites. Due to this policy, occasionally our scheduled patients may be inconvenienced. Should this occur during your visit, we wish to express our sincere appreciation for your patience and understanding. 

Pre-Surgery Hospitalization Policy

For your convenience we can offer a complimentary overnight stay the night before your pet's surgery if your schedule does not allow you to bring them in between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. the day of their scheduled procedure.

Safety Policy

For the safety of your pet we require that all patients be properly restrained during their visit with us i.e. on a leash or in an appropriate carrier.

Payment Policy

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac and cash.

Boarding Policy

We are happy to provide boarding to our patients providing their vaccines,including Bordatella (or kennel cough vaccine) for dogs, are current and a yearly parasite analysis is negative. Drop off and pick up times can be flexible to suit your needs. Please call for more information.
